Terms of sales:

The terms and conditions detailed below are part of the booking contract and are binding.

Hotel rooms are available/Check-in is from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 11:00 am on the day of departure.

When you book a room, it will be assigned regardless of your arrival time. For arrival after 8:00 pm, you must telephone the hotel at 00 33 (0)2 54 70 58 40 in order to obtain the access code to the hotel.

You must provide valid credit card details in order to secure your booking.

The Château de la Rozelle operates a strict non-smoking policy. Smoking is strictly forbidden in all guest rooms/areas of the hotel. The the hotel reserves the right to charge a Room Recovery fee of two additional nights to compensate for the downtime necessary for deodorization if a guest is found to have smoked.

Pricing:

Prices are in Euros and include VAT but exclude city tax payable at the hotel.

Payment:

The hotel accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Club and American Express. A valid credit card is required to guarantee the booking.

The bill must be settled directly with the hotel. No payments will be made online with the exception of the cases stated below.

For bookings of up to three rooms, payment will be taken at the time of booking if the expiration date of the credit card expires before the date of arrival or if the date of arrival is more than 89 days after the date of booking.

For bookings of four rooms or more, a 20 % security deposit will be taken at the time of booking. The security deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. An additional 40 % will be taken 30 days before arrival, which is also non-refundable in the event of cancellation or no show.

Amendments:

For amendments concerning your booking arrangements (date, names, number of persons, etc.), please contact the hotel by email at contact@chateaudelarozelle.com or via telephone: 00 33 (0)2 54 70 58 40.

Cancellations:

For up to three rooms: All cancellations must be emailed to contact@chateaudelarozelle.com

In the case of a cancellation made less than two days prior to arrival or in the case of a no show, you will be charged for the first night of your original booking.

For four rooms or more: All cancellations must be emailed to contact@chateaudelarozelle.com

In the case of a cancellation less than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival, the full security deposit of 60% of the original booking will be forfeited.
